The terms for using LinkLineHQ and taking the next step toward a creator partnership.
LinkLineHQ operates this website to introduce creators to partnership opportunities through TLink and to receive applications and referrals. These terms govern use of this website. Separate signed agreements govern any creator partnership or paid referral arrangement.

You must be at least 18 to apply as a creator or participate in the referral program. Provide accurate information, submit only information you are entitled to share, and keep your contact details current. Do not impersonate another person, submit spam or misleading applications, interfere with the website, or attempt to access private submissions or accounts.
If you refer a creator, share their public handle and platform rather than private or sensitive information. A referral does not authorize you to accept a contract or grant rights on that creator’s behalf.
Submitting an application allows LinkLineHQ to review your information and contact you about the opportunity. It does not guarantee acceptance, create an employment relationship, commit you to a partnership, or license your name, image, likeness, voice, or content. We may request additional information before making an offer.
Eligibility and potential offers are assessed individually, including follower count, fan engagement, visibility, and program suitability. Minimum guarantees may be available to qualified creators only when included in their signed agreement.
Every creator contract is different. Review the actual agreement before signing. It identifies the contracting parties and sets the scope of any name, image and likeness license, content permissions, approvals, exclusivity, revenue share, deductions, payment arrangements, term, and termination rights. If a signed agreement conflicts with general website copy, the signed agreement controls that partnership, subject to applicable law.
Creator payouts are made once a month on the schedule set out in the agreement. Leaving the LinkLineHQ program involves a mandatory two-week cooldown and offboarding process. Your agreement explains how to give notice, settle outstanding amounts, and handle the companion and licensed content when the partnership ends.
Referrers earn a referral payment for each creator they refer who joins the LinkLineHQ program. Submitting a name or handle alone does not mean the creator has joined. LinkLineHQ must be able to confirm the referral and the creator’s onboarding.
The payment amount, attribution, eligibility, and payment timing are confirmed in writing with LinkLineHQ. Contact us before relying on a particular payment amount or arrangement. Referrals do not require a creator to accept an offer.
TLink companions use AI to generate conversations. Website demonstrations, mock conversations, and dashboard figures are illustrative. They do not represent actual creator results or promise a particular income, subscriber count, or outcome. Results vary with audience activity, engagement, the agreed commercial terms, and other factors.
Follower counts on the roster are approximate, dated snapshots from the linked sources and do not update automatically.
The website’s branding, copy, design, and media belong to LinkLineHQ or their respective owners. You may browse and share links to the website, but using a creator’s likeness, copying media for commercial purposes, or suggesting an endorsement requires the relevant permission. No intellectual property rights are transferred by visiting this website.
TLink works within Telegram. Telegram and other linked services have their own terms, policies, availability, and fees. LinkLineHQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram and does not control third-party services.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted, updated, or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict misuse to protect the service and its users.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These website terms do not impose a separate arbitration requirement or override the dispute provisions in a signed creator or referral agreement.

We may update these website terms and will publish the revised text with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not, by themselves, amend an existing signed agreement.
