Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

What we collect, why we use it, and how you can contact us about your information.

Who we are and what this covers

LinkLineHQ is responsible for the application and referral information collected through this website. Contact taylor@linklinehq.com with privacy questions or requests.

This policy covers the LinkLineHQ website and related application and referral communications. It does not describe every data practice of Telegram, TLink, or other services you may use. Their own policies and any separate creator agreement apply to those services.

Information we collect

Creator applications collect your name, email address, main platform, handle, follower count, niche, country, how you heard about us, and confirmation that you are at least 18. Referral submissions collect the referrer’s name and email address and the creator’s platform and handle. Referrers should submit public profile information only.

We also record a submission identifier, submission date, and an internal review status such as New, Contacted, or Signed. If you email us, we receive your message and any information you choose to include. We may review the public creator profile identified in an application or referral to assess the opportunity.

Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. When an administrator signs in with ChatGPT, the service provides account identity information, including a user identifier and email address, to verify access. The dashboard stores the authorized owner’s user identifier.

How we use information

We use submissions to review creator suitability, evaluate and attribute referrals, respond to requests, discuss potential partnerships, and manage follow-up. We also use information to maintain records, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, we process information to take steps toward an agreement at your request, perform an agreement, pursue legitimate interests in managing and protecting the business, or meet legal obligations. If processing requires consent, we request it separately and you may withdraw it for future processing.

Submitting a form does not grant a license to train or operate a companion using your identity or content. Any such license is handled through a separate creator agreement.

Storage, access, and sharing

Application and referral records are stored in the website’s database on the Sites hosting service. The submissions dashboard requires the authorized owner’s ChatGPT sign-in. Hosting, database, and authentication providers process information as needed to run these services; the website uses Sites, Cloudflare infrastructure, and ChatGPT authentication.

When email notifications are enabled, new applications and referrals are sent to LinkLineHQ’s designated inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. The notification includes the submitted fields and an admin dashboard link; copies are also stored with the email providers used to send and receive it.

LinkLineHQ may share relevant information with a talent manager or TLink when needed to evaluate or arrange the partnership you requested. Access should be limited to people involved in that work. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect legal rights and the security of the service.

We do not sell the information submitted through this website or use it for cross-site targeted advertising. Application and referral records are not displayed publicly on the roster.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to our use of those providers.

Creator photos and videos

The application and referral forms do not accept photo or video uploads. If you move forward with a partnership, a talent manager reviews, uploads, and organizes the media you provide for setup and updates.

The permitted use of that media, including any AI training or companion use, is governed by your separate creator agreement and the relevant service’s privacy terms. Review those terms before providing media. Contact us with questions about access, storage, or removal of media shared during onboarding.

Cookies and technical data

No advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools have been added to this website. The hosting and authentication services may use cookies or similar technology for sign-in, access control, security, and service operation.

The website does not add cross-site advertising tracking, regardless of your browser’s Do Not Track setting, and has no separate response to that signal. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in or access. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own cookie and privacy practices.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to review the application or referral, manage related communications or agreements, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on whether you enter a partnership, whether a referral payment is involved, and whether a legal obligation requires us to keep a record.

You can ask us to delete your submission at any time. We will review the request and explain if particular records must be retained. Removing a record from active use may not immediately remove copies held in service-provider backups or security logs.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email taylor@linklinehq.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your application or referral information, or to ask us to stop contacting you about an opportunity. Include the email address used for the submission and enough detail to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information; do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate process.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, appeal a request decision, or complain to a privacy regulator. We handle requests within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful exception. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

If someone referred you and you do not want us to retain your profile information or contact you, email us and identify the relevant handle and platform.

Security and age requirements

The website uses HTTPS and restricts access to the submissions dashboard. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This website’s security measures should not be read as a promise about end-to-end encryption or the practices of Telegram, TLink, or any other third party.

The creator and referral programs are for adults aged 18 or older. The application asks for an age confirmation; it does not collect identity documents. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy on this page and change the effective date. If applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide it before using information in that way.

For all questions or requests about information collected through this website, contact LinkLineHQ at taylor@linklinehq.com.
